Returns Policy

 

At Hibby Clothing Limited we strive to ensure that every child receives the best quality clothing and a positive shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we are committed to making the process as smooth and convenient as possible. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures.

 

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and included with the return.

 

2. Returns Process:

  • Before initiating a return, please contact our customer support team at hi@hibby.ie to notify us about the return and provide relevant information such as order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

  • Please securely package the item(s) along with the original invoice or proof of purchase and write the RMA number on the package.

  • We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

 

3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item sent by our company.

  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit.

4. Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

 

5. Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide assistance and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Delivery Times and Delays:

  • Our standard delivery time is between 3-7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During busier periods, such as holidays or sales events, there may be slight delays in delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

 

8. Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items which have been used or worn.
